  Designed by architect Kengo Kuma, the Water/Glass guest house was built in 1995. We have transformed the building into a luxury micro-resort with just four rooms while retaining key original features.   From luxury suites with exclusive open-air hot springs to a traditional Japanese-style room, guests could select according to their favors. Please come and relax with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.

  Fresh, vibrant and seasonal seafood

  Enjoy tasting choice select ingredients of our Japanese cuisine along with the seasonal flavors including the local seafood. Spend a moment of luxury stimulating all five of your senses at our dining restaurant. Our guests who stay at either the SEIHA or FUUKA could also select the water balcony or the in-room dining. * Water balcony and in-room dining are only available for guests of luxury suites.

  Natural hot spring in Atami

  Atami Onsen is said to have skin beautifying effects. Each group can use the private hot spring with sauna in the hotel. In addition, there is an open-air hot spring bath in the luxury suite Seiwa Fushina. Enjoy Atami's gentle hot springs with magnificent scenery.
